Morey Coffinet 2018 Bourgogne Rouge 750ml

A ripe and nicely layered nose offers up notes of red and dark raspberry, soft earth and a whiff of wood. The racy, intense and attractively tension-filled flavors possess very good depth and persistence on the bitter pit fruit-inflected finish. This isn't elegant but it does offer above average quality for the appellation.
