Dry and crisp. Notes of white pepper and fennel with a light body, despite its excellent fruit concentration and persistence. A great apertif and a natural alternative to wines made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Ideal with fish, poultry, and pasta dishes.
The grapes for this wine were sustainably-farmed in the vineyards of Ucles, located in the Central Castile region of Spain. The absence of oak in the vinification process results in a pure and memorable expression of high altitude wine.
