Fruity and juicy, displaying aromas of red berries, rosemary, and a touch of pepper. Bright ruby red with round texture and a satisfyingly dry finish. Incredibly versatile with a medium body. An excellent companion to tapas, meat dishes, and pasta.
The grapes for this wine were sustainably-farmed in the vineyards of Ucles, located in the Central Castile region of Spain. The absence of oak in the vinification process results in a pure and memorable expression of high altitude wine.
