Leading off the 100% Cabernet Sauvignon releases, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Loam is all Cabernet brought up 28 months in French oak. Notes of cassis, blueberries, cedary spice, and earth give way to a supple, polished, elegant wine that has plenty of building tannins, ripe fruit, and a good finish.
