This wine contains of blend of Aglianico and Pallagrello, organic and biodynamically farmed. Indigenous yeasts are used for fermentation in large steel vats, followed by 20 months in large oak. Pronounced aromas of currant, dried red berry, and balsamic notes open up to tobacco, licorice, and eucalyptus. Full-bodied, rich, and velvety on the complex palate. Nicely-balanced tannins. Drink now or cellar for 5 years.
