Elaborated with selected Tempranillo (90%) and Mazuelo (10%) grapes, and aged in French and American oak barrels for 22 months. The wine has finally remained in bottles for at least 18 months before reaching the market.
Tasting: The design of this Reserva wine is of an updated style, with a deep bigarreau cherry colour, of spicy aromas and red and black fruit compote, with smooth tannic sensations in the mount and a lengthy aftertaste.
Pairing: Recommended with cured cheeses, read grilled meat, roasted meat and game stews. To be served at between 16 and 18º C.
