Location of the vineyards: Directly from the Martinenga vineyard, in the heart of Barbaresco appellation, south-southwest exposure at an average altitude of 280m asl.
Vinification and aging: Vinification in red with marc maceration emerged for six / seven days at a controlled temperature. Complete development of malolactic fermentation following alcoholic fermentation. Five months of aging in cement or steel.
Color: Bright ruby red of medium intensity. Nose: intense and fruity scents of strawberry, raspberry, black cherry and cherry. Taste: Fresh, lively, harmonious and balanced, medium-bodied and pleasantly tannic.
Pair with: Excellent with red meats and white meats with rich seasonings. Given its delicacy and its versatility, it can also accompany tasty fish dishes.
