This natural cider from Fouesnant contains 100% pure apple juices, at 5.5% ABV, and all natural effervescence.
This cider respects the assembly of old varieties, harvested by hand from orchids that are naturally-weeded. Hand-sorted, the pressing is done at full ripeness, from the end of September till December. The fermentation is slow and ends with a fine and digestible bubble. You can recognize the personality of this cider by its bitterness, roundness, and persistent aromas of fresh apple, fresh butter and hazelnut.
