Distilled in 2009, this Mannochmore single malt was then matured in seven hogshead casks for over a decade. At 11 year old, The Single Malts of Scotland independently bottled it up for its Reserve Casks series in 2021. An intriguing dram, full of florals, herbs, and buttery sweetness.
Nose: Candied lime, raspberry jam on buttered toast, and dried apple, with fresh hay and herbs in tow.
Palate: Spiced French toast, boiled sweeties, and green oak, alongside apple blossom.
Finish: A buttery finish, with ripe pear in support.
