Maison Leflaive is one of Burgundy's most respected producers and this 100% Pinot Noir is his latest regional release. Most of the sustainably-farmed grapes used were picked by hand and destemmed before pressing. After 15 days of fermentation, the wine matured for a year with four months in stainless steel. Very little new oak was used. This is a straight forward Pinot with lots of classic red fruit, ideal with charcuterie plates and hard cheeses.
