Maison Louis Jadot 2007 Chambolle-Musigny "Les Sentiers" 1er Cru 750ml

Tasting Note: Fresh cherry and red raspberry tinged with fresh ginger and smoky black tea represent features of Jadot’s 2007 Chambolle-Musigny Sentiers familiar from several of its siblings. But there is a tart, almost rhubarb-like aspect to this, something I would more have expected from a 2008. The overall effect is satisfyingly refreshing and invigorating, if slightly lean. This could prove quite interesting at table over the next 3-5 years, and perhaps will fill-out a bit over that period. Score: 88 points -- David Schildknech, Wine Advocate #189
