Honeyed apricots, so pure and sweet that it tastes like the sound of a golden trumpet. And then the taste-sound resounds in your mouth with glorious abandon. Freshness thanks to a taut, lemon-sharp acidity of the ilk of fine Riesling and Chenin Blanc. I'd have this with yogurt for breakfast if I lived on an island with no one to disapprove.
