Description
Notes of vanilla bean give the aroma of a sweet and decadent undertone. Currants, black cherry and blackberry are rich and concentrated. Full bodied with ripe tannins and lingering flavours of cherry pit, plum skin and bramble. Brooding and deep, the fruit layers are dark and concentrated with notes of blackberry, black cherry and currant, accompanied by figs, balsamic reduction, leather, and menthol. Puglia is the home of orecchiette (‘little ears’). Toss with ‘cervellata di toritto’, a beef & pork sausage seasoned with fennel, or go veggie with ‘cimi di rape’ (broccoli rabe), tomatoes and a fine olive oil.

If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis.
