Lucien Crochet 2021 Sancerre Rose 750ml

Year after year this is one of my favourite wines from anywhere in the world. The 2019 is beautiful too, with all of the red fruit and polish of 2018, flecked with bright pink grapefruit and chalky mineral accents. Just superb Pinot rose once again.

A blend of biodynamically farmed grapes from several plots in two terroirs, Caillottes and Kimmeridgian soils. Handpicked fruit, lightly pressed whole bunches, and temperature controlled fermentation over 20 days. Super now, ages gracefully for 2-3 years.
