An explosively aromatic nose of lemon rind, lime zest, fresh, tart apples, chalk, and a hint of sweet nectarines. On the palate, the wine is light and displays a strong streak of minerality, and is marked by its bracing acidity. At the finish, the wine displays great structure, and some of the sweeter fruits linger. Simple, but incredibly refreshing and delightful.

The Riesling Kamptal Terrassen DAC Reserve, which comes from our best vineyards -- generally sourced from the younger vines -- reflects what the Kamptal region offers at its best for the regional style of dry wine. It delivers great fruit concentration and has a high ageing potential. A minimum of 13% alcohol is required for the DAC Reserve category and will not be released before April of the year following the harvest.
This Riesling boasts mineral-laced aromas of peach, apricot and blossoms. The palate shows a soft, juicy fruitiness. The harmonious play between sweetness and acidity demonstrates finesse and lightness. Minerally and concentrated - a classic.
Perfect for starters and fish dishes (even spicy ones!).
