Thierry Puzelat, along with his older brother Jean-Marie, are the vignerons of their family domain Clos du Tue-Boeuf, located in the tiny village of Les Montils in the Loire. Vineyards were converted to organic in 1996 as well as the processes of using any additives in the cellar. The Vin Rouge is made from vines aged 5-30 years and is designed to be light and easy (I would chill mine down).
