Since 1791, eight successive generations of the Miquel family have made wine from their estate in the Languedoc hills. Now headed by Laurent's team, their goal is to produce top quality wines using minimal intervention (verging on organic, as Jancis Robinson said), with a focus on sustainability.
On the nose, aromas of red berry and citrus dominate. More of the same on palate and a soft, fruity finish. This is a perfect wine to enjoy with salads, rotisserie chicken, and BBQ cuisine.
