Ktima Lantidis is a family business started in 1993 by Panikos Lantidis with an emphasis on promoting quality Greek wine. The soil and climate of Nemea was what pushed Panikos Lantidis to cultivate in its lands noble vine varieties such as Agiorgitiko, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Moschofilero, Assyrtiko and Malagouzia.
In the first 20 acres of the privately owned vineyard, the white variety chardonnay was cultivated and a year later followed by the red variety agiorgitiko which was to become the basis of the estate in the following years.
The winery's output has gradually increased, currently producing 200,000 bottles a year and exporting about 50% of its output, mainly to the US, Canada, the UK, Cyprus, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
Today, the Lantidi Estate is being developed into 170 acres of privately owned vineyards and 50 acres of collaborating vine growers.
