Riper aromas include those of poached plum, floral and citrus confit scents. The very rich and seductively textured medium-bodied flavors possess a caressing mouthfeel that contrasts somewhat with the bone-dry and linear finish. Even so, I suspect that this will round into form after only a year or two of bottle age.
