Description
This wine is a pure and expressive example of the Cabernet Sauvignon varietal when allowed to full ripen – a robustly savoury and powerfully structured wine that remains gracefully welcoming with its beautifully textured tannins. It has been aged in 100% French oak barrels (20% new) for 20 months before release.
With seductive aromatics of cassis, blackberry, menthol, eucalyptus and chocolate, this wine display a superb palate. It is big, round and mouthfilling with fine grain tannins and excellent palate structure that finishes with lingering mocha, leather and barrel toast notes.
Pair our Cabernet Sauvignon with braised beef short-ribs for a satisfying meal.
This Cabernet Sauvignon will be even more delightful with some time in your cellar. Under ideal conditions, it can be cellared for up to 10 years from vintage date.

We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
