A delicate pink hue with aromas of ripe red fruit, strawberry, and raspberry. Lots of fruit upfront with a lengthy finish. Ideal for sips on the patio or light starters. Syrah (50%), Grenache (50%). Fermentation takes place in a traditional manner at a low temperature. The maturing process takes place in stainless steel tanks for 4 months according to the sur lie method. Serve chilled between 10 and 12°C, with salads, grilled meats, white meats, and spicy Mediterranean dishes.
