La Belle Etoile 2016 Chardonnay-Vermentino 750ml

Soils: These vines benefit from the sunshine of the South and the strength of the Mistral. The soil of this vineyard is rich in limestone and clay subsoil.

Grapes: Vermentino - Chardonnay 

Grape-growing: Organic wine, Hand harvested 

Wine-making process: The grapes have a cold maceration before being pressed; fermentation takes place at low temperature, which allows yeast to develop its fruit flavors. 

Maturation: Stainless Steel Tank. 

Packaging: In cases of 6 or 12 bottles 

Wine pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, or with any seafood.
