 Soil : soil of clayey limestone plateau, very stony and warm.

Grape varieties : 70% viognier, 20% roussanne, 10% bourboulenc

Age of the vines : 10 years

Yield: 45 hl / ha

Vinification : Direct pressing on arrival in the cellar, settling for 48 hours at 8 ° C. Fermentation of 3 weeks at 15 ° C in stainless steel tank. Vinification with staves for half the wort. The assembly is carried out just before bottling.
