Kracher's 2013 Chardonnay Trockenbeerenauslese No 3 Nouvelle Vague offers a very fine and intense, but also refreshing and spicy nose, with pineapple and lemon aromas. Sweet and rich on the palate, this is a highly sweet but fresh and firmly structured wine with a long, compact finish. There is a beautiful grip and tannin structure, due to the new oak barrels.
