Kentucky Owl Confiscated is a tribute to the barrels the government seized from the founder's great-great grandfather ahead of Prohibition, never to be seen again. This hotly-anticipated whiskey is a spice-driven expression, so it ought to be great as a postprandial tipple on a chilly evening, we reckon.
Nose: Hints of peach, mature oak, earthy vanilla and tobacco, with sweeter vanilla and warming aromas of cardamom and baking spice.
Palate: Spicy oak, slightly drying with peaches and cream, cinnamon butter and crackers, with a smidge of red berry.
Finish: Herbal notes appear, supported by oak tannins and lots of spice, with cinnamon and nutmeg rounding things off.

We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis.
