Description
John and Josephine Quarisa have held a lifelong passion for wines (and each other) ever since they have been highschool sweethearts. Carefully selected Semillon grapes were crushed and only the free-run juices were used to create this easy-drinking sparkling wine.
On the nose, refreshing aromas of lemon citrus balanced with complex yeast notes. More of the same on the palate, with creamy, mouth-filling bubbles. Finishes enjoyably crisp and clean. Perfect on its own as an aperitif, or with fruits, seafood, and sushi or dimsum.
Shipping & Returns
We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. We cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep because there is an age check requirement (19+) for alcohol. Packages shipped to downtown Vancouver may arrive the same day or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 12pm on a best-efforts basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
