Description
Since 2011, Domaine de L’Ostal Rosé has been made from equal quantities of Grenache (50 %) and Syrah (50 %) grown on the coolest terroirs of the domaine and the Pays d'Oc region.
In order to obtain its beautiful pale pink colour, the grapes are pressed immediately at low temperatures in order to reduce the extraction of phenolic and colour compounds.
Very pale, clear and delicate pink in hue. The highly complex and delicate nose offers a subtle combination of rose petals and pomegranate.
On the palate, the attack is supple, light and fresh. The finish offers a pleasant touch of freshness with fruity aromas and pomegranate notes.

We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
