The soils of this single-plot vineyard are rich in trace elements. Here, a floral, distinctive Riesling is born. The nose offers apple, natural honey, candied clove, honeydew and touch of wet stone. The palate follows with fresh granny smith apple and familiar fall baking spices. Very refined for a Riesling. Rich with an expressively long finish. Pair with lemongrass pork or jerk chicken.
