Jamek 2012 Jochinger Spatburgunder 750ml

These Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) grapes were picked by hand whenever possible, in the usual Jamek fashion. After undergoing maceration and fermentation in steel tanks, the wine matures in neutral oak before being bottled. The alcohol content is 13%, and this dry, non-chapitalized ruby red wine has a Burgundian nose with subtle aromas of cherry and cocoa. On the palate, this wine is delicate, complex, with fine tannins and long finish.
