Jaja de Jau 2018 Rose 750ml

This rosé is rich in red berry fruit, primarily raspberry and strawberry, with black cherries and blackcurrant, and it has a lively and slightly effervescent palate; full bodied for a rose. It's subtle, dry and has an excellent finish.

Winemaker's notes:

60% Syrah, 40% Grenache.

Soils: Coming vines on a clay and limestone terroir, the grapes are picked just ripe to preserve the natural vivacity of their juice.

Vinification: After picking off a short maceration allows to extract all the flesh of this vintage. The must then ferment at low temperatures and under high surveillance. Soon, assemblies and bottling will be implemented to preserve the delicacy, freshness and irresistible.

Tasting: The nose omen tone wine, red fruit aromas crisp, almost sour. The palate has great freshness and pleasant vinous.

Service and keeping: Serve chilled at 10 °. We will not hesitate to associate this with peppers raw salad, anchovies, spices. Prawns, simply grilled Mediterranean fish, calamari all work perfectly.
