Jacoulot Marc de Bourgogne “L’Authentique” has a handsome golden yellow tone with copper glints. The nose offers a wide array of dried and candied fruit, with herbal and sandalwood hints.
It is full on the palate with an earthy taste and flavours of honey and rum-raisins icecream. The finish is full of freshness.
When to drink: as a digestive, pure, at room temperature after the lunch or dinner. After a coffee while the cup is still warm. As a traditional ”Trou Bourguignon” pause during a meal after the starters. As a dessert, on apple, vanilla or blackcurrant icecreams together with our Crème de Cassis “Le Pur” Jacoulot.
