Description
Silex means flint, and in the so-named cuvée 2021 Silex, there's the distinctive aroma of flint being struck to make sparks for a fire, akin to pulling a party popper alongside green gooseberry and elderflower. There's a surprising generosity to this cuvée considering it's off flint and is from the cooler 2021 season, but there is always that structure on the finish which is inimitable; it's as if the wine is a hand taking hold of a squeezy ball. A little more length and concentration would elevate.

If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location.
