Description
Winemaker's Notes:
Pleasant and light,with hints fruity of elder and peach. Fresh, fruity slightly bitterish aftertaste. Perfect with fish soups and risotti.
The wine is obtained by an accurate white winemaking. The fermentation that takes about one weeks, is made in steel tanks at controlled temperature at 15° C with the addition of selected yeasts. The clear wine is cold stabilized and kept at low temperature till bottling.
Shipping & Returns
We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. We cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep because there is an age check requirement (19+) for alcohol. Packages shipped to downtown Vancouver may arrive the same day or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 12pm on a best-efforts basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
