Hugel 2018 Pinot Blanc 750ml

A yeasty touch still clings to the lemon and green-pear notes on the nose. The palate makes most of this textural element and disperses it with bright lemon throughout the fresh and dry palate. It's versatile, light but concentrated wine.

It is now the most planted varietal in Alsace. Delicate, subtle and well built, it makes an excellent aperitif because, although nicely rounded, it is also refreshing. The perfect all-purpose dry white wine, it goes well with country buffets, seafood and white meats.
