We invited our pals at Superflux over to House of Lager for a play date. Some socially distanced fun was had, and we made a corn lagerbier in the process.
Maize Cerveza (5.0%) was brewed with 40% flaked maize, 60% Skagit Valley Pilsen malt. Motueka and Wakatu hops in the boil and lightly dry hopped. Natural carbonation. Lagered for six weeks. Enjoy it with a lime, or without.
