Hollick 2012 Bond Road Chardonnay 750ml

Soft, full, buttery bouquet. Gentle and round on the palate with softness and a smooth, almost sweet texture. But it was fermented dry. It's a fuller style of chardonnay, unexpected from 2011, not a delicate, pared back modern style. A nice pillowy, rich, generous chardonnay.
