This is the most finely-structured and elegant of our three vintages of Hickinbotham Vineyard Shiraz. It's another step in our determined effort to get the best from this distinguished upland site. Each of our three Shiraz vintages is a little further from thetraditional high-alcohol, full-bodied McLaren Vale Shiraz from the lower, warmer country in the south of the region. --Winemaker
Critical Acclaim:
Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2014 Brooks Road Shiraz possesses baked blueberries and Black Forest gateau flavors. This Syrah is meaty - savory in style rather than a fruit-bomb - with dark chocolate and licorice nuances. Rich and full-bodied with firm, chewy tannins, it is more structured on the palate. The finish is long and harmonious.

We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis.
