This red wine from Portugal features a blend of grape varieties (Alicante Bouschet 30%; Touriga Nacional 20%; Aragonez 35%; Syrah 15%), hand-selected for quality. After harvest, the grapes are transported in small 25kg trays to the winery where they are instantly cooled to preserve the flavours.

Tasting: Deep, concentrated plummy-red in colour with complex aromas on the nose. On the palate, the mature fruit is well-integrated with soft tannins in this full-flavoured, medium body effort. Enjoy this wine with any type of Mediterranean-style dishes, beef, lamb, and spicy foods.
