From the Perrin brothers, makers of the iconic Château de Beaucastel wines, this organic white blend is named after their father's house, which is located in Orange, just a few kilometers away from Beaucastel. The vineyard itself is only 10 hectares in size and located just outside Orange. If you thought that "organic" is something new to the region, the Perrin family have been leaders of that farming technique since the 1950s.
Comprised of 50% Marsanne and 50% Viognier, this pretty and playful white conjures aromas of fresh white flowers. On the palate, this dry, crisp wine is all about tropical fruits and a light, pleasant feel. Try serving with chicken, soft cheeses, and fish. Serve chilled and drink over the next year or so.
