Gerard Bertrand Cigalus Blanc 750ml

A blend of Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc, 70% of the 2019 IGP Aude Hauterive Cigalus Blanc was barrel-fermented, with the certified organic and biodynamic wine maturing in bottling until the spring equinox. It's an intriguing assemblage, which allows some of Viognier's flowery and spicy notes to shine on the nose, while the Chardonnay rounds out the mid-palate with pear and melon flavors.
