Garnier & Fils 2018 Chablis "Mont de Milieu" 1er Cru 750ml

Reduction still clouds this wine's fresh nose but at the same time holds promise for the future. The smooth palate adds deep, layered yeastiness that has coolness and freshness at its core. Insistent saltiness is enticing on the sinous, chalky palate.
