Technology: Harvested at full ripeness into plastic bins, followed with a light crush, processing with great care, 20-25 days maceration in wooden vats . Wine has been ageing in 220 l oakbarrels for 18 months and 6 further months in bottles.
Wine description: Nice ruby colour. Characteristic ripe Pinot Noir notes in the nose. Besides exciting combination of fruits,a hint of tobacco can be discovered in the fragrance. The wine brings the same exciting notes in mouth as fragrance promised: fruitiness and slight vanilla in great balance. If we leave to breath, opens excellently. Long, full after taste, great potential.
Gasztronómical suggestion: An excellent choice with any food prepared from lamb and duck.
Best serving temperature 18 °C after at least half an hour of taking the air.
