Gaja 2013 Barolo Dagromis 750ml

Gaja purchased a vineyard from the Gromis family in 1995, hence the name Dagromis for this wine. On the nose, balsamic and savoury aromas of lemongrass, leather, and orange peel. Lots of fruit on the palate, with some sour cherry, rose, and violet. Silky tannins intermingle with the well-balanced acidity. Clean finish with lingering nuances of red apple skin.
