Framingham 2019 Marlborough Sauvignon 750ml

The medium-bodied 2019 Sauvignon Blanc includes a small barrel-fermented component (11%) and 5% skin-contact ferment, both intended to build in additional complexity. The result is a slightly fumé-style Sauvignon, with smoky, herbal notes layered over grapefruit and passion fruit flavors. There's a gentle, silky texture on the palate, culminating in a welcome touch of bitterness on the finish.
