This is a wine that brings out the fine minerality of Dão whites. It is crisp while at the same time full and ripe. There is a smooth texture that comes from the Encruzado in the blend, with lively acidity coming from Gouveio. This wine will benefit from a few months in bottle, so drink from summer 2016.
