Hailing from Arinto, Portugal, this wine features a blend of native grape varieties Antão Vaz (85%) and Arinto (15%). Antão Vaz generally makes full-bodied, well-structured wines and blended with Arinto to add refreshing acidity to enjoy all year long. You will notice the colour of this wine is very bright citrine yellow. On the nose, expect intense tropical fruits such as pineapple, white stone fruits like peach, some lime, and Arinto flavours of Chamomile tea leaves. On the palate, a delightful mirror of the nose with lemonade, stone fruit, and mineral notes rounding out the fresh, crisp finish. Pair with seafood rice, pan-fried asparagus and parmesan, and crispy fried beans.
