Fondo Antico 2016 Versi Bianco 750ml

Amusing and young, this wine accompanies your aperitifs or your dinners, expressing a varietal blend of three ancient Sicilian grapes: Grillo, Insolia and Grecanico. On the nose the wine opens with notes of ripe white fruit, along with fresher and floral aromas conferred by the Grillo, and finishes with spice from the Grecanico. The taste of Grillo also gives structure and acidity, with the Insolia's sweetness and the Grecanico's typical spiciness. Goes well with fish, white meats, vegetables or cheeses. Ideal for aperitif.
