69% Pinot Noir and 31% Chardonnay, this fun bubble is done in the Traditional Method. Barreled in 100% neutral oak for 5 months, and 36 months on lees, the Fitz Brut shows great texture and body but without any oaky characteristics. Fresh and fun, it shows green apple, lemon/lime zest and great tangy acidity. An age worthy bubble if desired, but great to enjoy now as an aperitif or perfect for dim sum.
