Finca la Celia 2006 Supremor Uco Valley 750ml
Malbec grapes, product of the best quarters of the estate, are the protagonists in this unique blend of great aromatic concentration. Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, then 12 months in bottle sleep.
Vineyards from Uco Valley, San Carlos, Eugenio Bustos. Manual harvest in cases, in the optimum ripening point (seed, skin, pulp, aromas, tannins), with grape selection in vineyard and winery. After that a soft destemming is done. 100% malolactic fermentation.
100% of the blend is aged in French oak for 12 months first use.

- Ruby red color with garnet hues.
- Aromas:
- Ripe black fruit, complemented by subtle floral notes like lavender and violet. Feel the contribution of wood notes of hazelnut and vanilla.
- Taste:
- Begins with sweet notes, its structure is very balanced and very pleasant taste.
Wines with light filtration. We recommend decanting 40 minutes before serving. Serve at 18 º C. Ideal with intense flavors meals especially red meats.
