Fattoria di Scannano 2014 Chianti DOCG 750ml

This wine is a deep ruby red Chianti. The nose gives off aromas of spicy dark cherries followed by some oak and light dried meat notes. Light and savoury, nice fruit, and the palate has flavours of dark cherries, dried meats, and spicy cedar. The tannins are soft and fine-grained on this with a long, satisfying finish. Drink over the next few years and enjoy with your favourite tomato-based pastas and red meats.
